This medical doctor walked in last week now 6 months out. I put him up to show what a fine hair'd guy OUGHT to look like at 6 months. Many of these guys, this guy included, then inquire about timing for the second case. Now its possible to do it right away at this point, BUT, as most of these fine hair'd guys will need a couple of hundred singles placed to bolster their hairline...I think its best to wait until everything is growing so I can know where and where not to make slits up front.
Recall that no matter how tightly we pack slits at the front...most people can benefit from more frontal singles at at second case. AND since those singles are useless in the crown...we'd have to put 2 in a slit to get any bulk...why not "spend" them up front. I suggest this to just about all 2 case guys, but ALWAYS to fine hair patients.
