Can't really tell the level of loss from the display pic, but it doesn't seem you need one now?. However, it's great your giving the meds a shot. They may work to regrow areas of concern. See how they work and hold up after a year. As far as transplant goes, see how your hair is at 30+ and if one is necessary. If anything, it should be the last resort but you should wait it out to see
