Finasteride (1 mg)- strange side effect

hey guys, i am 19 now and will turn 20 this jan of 2017. I started FIN 1 month ago and i had good symptoms from the first. I am NW1.5 now.
1. the itchiness was gone from the affected areas and the crown was stabilsing.
BUT
after 2 weeks my eyebrows were thinning(i thot i wud lose them). Fortunately it just thinned and nothing happened more. As i had thick eyebrows, it wasn't noticable.

BUT BUT
after 1 month I had strange lower abdomain pain and its not comfortable. sometimes, i cudn't walk and even wearing pants is also sometimes painful. i noticed these for one week. Now i am scared a lot. So what do i do LOWER the dose or GET RID off it
ANY Help or Advice form your experience wud be grateful.
I DONT WANNA LOSE MY HAIR but LIFE IS HELL

a side note-- i increased my food intake for two weeks to look healthy(i am a bit skinny)

UPDATE

sorry to mislead u ppl. The pain was just a normal pain. It went away on its own. So, finasteride is safe for me till now

i want to share my experience with Finasteride-(so that others dont get scared by reading negative feedbacks abt it, its pretty safe)

1. decreased sexual urge (only a little decrease)
2. decreased semen (is it really important to have lot of semen??)
3. NO difficulty in getting an erection.(this should be marked, a lot of guys panick on this)
4. eyebrows thinned only(didn't disappear)
5. itching from the affected areas of scalp GONE( its a good sign fin is working as itching was followed by recession in the hairline)
