You have very aggressive hairloss if you're only 20.
Propecia and Minox were your best bets and if they are failing all you have left really are experimentals like RU58841.

Hopefully someone will provide a better option than I can. Best of luck and sorry this is happening to you at such a young age.

I agree. Maybe your best bet for now is just trying to focus on other things until something new and safe comes out.

Actually, I would strongly recommend you go on Dustasteride (.05 milligrams). Unfortunately, people who start balding at a young age will have aggressive baldness.

Try Progesterone mixed with Finasteride and at least fifteen percent Minoxidil (all one topical). You can get it online at https://www.medicalwellnesscenter.com/. You only pay if they give you a script.

I urge you to go higher concentrations of Minoxidil. If you do get high dosages, use an anti inflammatory agent, such as hydrocortisone.

You made a smart choice to start treating it early. You probably would have been a Norwood six by now, if you hadn't done anything.

Keep on trying. Best of luck.

This is aggressive hair loss, especially, if you are only 20. I would hold off on any surgery for now and focus on health. Surgery should be considered last resort. You can always shave your head. If rogaine or finsteride does not work, then keep your health up. There are other underlying issues that may cause hair loss so it is also good to speak with a doctor to get some labs done. Sometimes even low levels of vitamin D can cause hair loss including other nutrition deficiencies. Get your blood checked for vitamin d levels as well. Wish you the best.
