Hair loss at 19

Hey there,
So I (19M) started to notice my hair thinning last August. It looks fine when dry, but looks terrible wet. I'm mostly noticing crown thinning, but I think my hairline might be going back as well. Unfortunately I do not have and progress pictures, but here are some I took a couple of days ago. Thanks in advance for opinions and recommendations.
