I've had amazing results with Rogaine - minoxidil. It's cheap too. Try it and see what happens. It works especially well on young men.

So I got a propecia prescription, as well as a vitamin D prescription, and picked up some rogaine.

Started everything on sunday..picked up these hair fiber things from Toppik, it's some sort of Harry Potter magic level concealer for those with thinning hair..it's literally a miracle in a bottle haha.

I'll keep everyone updated with how things are going!

My dad is 57 and still has a full head of hair, and my brother is 20.

Idk, I just want to find out why. I eat very well, and just actually lost 20 pounds. I was taking a non-stim fat burner for quite a while, and I do take a lot of stimulants daily..so that could be a flag.

@IRN, I hope we both can learn from this man! One of the reasons why I'm posting here is to help others with similar issues

Losing weight rapidly, and lots of weight can sometimes think about it. A US Board Certified (top in field, rated by their peers) Dermatologist told me that, in the 1990s. She was right. I lost around 20 - 50 pounds in a matter of weeks. The hair I lost was do to androgen alopecia, but it triggered it earlier (20) and made it worse.

Hey man, did you ever figure out what was happening with the thinning? Did the treatment you were using work?

I agree with the other folks, you should probably get checked out by a doctor.
