Does finasteride stop you from developing ur man features?

Hello dear friends! This question has been stuck in my head for a while.. I started taking finasteride at 17, I'm currently 21 years old and I still look like a 14 years old kid... I have no beard nor other prominant body/facial manly features and I'm really scared that the main cause might be finasteride... can anyone help me with this one?
