Post 22 years old, got a haircut today and think I may be balding

As the title says, I'm 22 years old and I noticed when the barber held the mirror up that I had some thin patches on the back of my head. People always say how thick my hair is, and it's quite disconcerting to think I might be losing hair anyway. The hair back there has always been thinner than the rest of my hair, but to see it like this has made me quite scared.

Do I have mpb? What steps should I take if I do?

Yea.. Looks to me like you're beginning to recede. I'd recommend you start with propecia/ finistaride.

Eventually, maybe 5 years down the road get a procedure done.

The hair density looks to be the same in the back and sides. Even your hairline seems solid. (No temple
recession). The vertex is the only place that looks a little suspicious to me.

If you are losing hair in back (which I don't think you are), it's probably not androgen related.
So, in my humble opinion, I don't think you have hair loss.

However, I do think you should keep an eye on your vertex. Don't let the male Norwood
scale fool you. There are lots of men that go vertex first, not hairline first.

Wasn't necessarily saying that. Think he should pay attention to his vertex. Kind of do
see that going down hill in this young guy's future.

Problem is I over communicated that point.

Look at your diet and massage either with dermaroller or micro pen to get circulation going to hair follicles
