16 Am I going bald? (pics)

Hi,
I'm only 16 years old and over the past two years my hair has thinned a lot and I seem to be going bald. When I was 14 I used to have thicker, between wavy and curly hair, and now my hair is really thin and more straight, like straw.
To be honest I don't experience much hair falling (maybe 5 to 10 when I shower, but I think that's normal). However, my hair density is much lower than before, my hair feels weak and fragile as if it was going to fall at any moment, and I can even see my scalp if I gently move my hand trough my hair. My hairline has receeded a bit also, but not much, and you can see a little separation between the sides and the top of my hair.
I think it's important to mention that baldness is common on my mom's family side. My two uncles are bald and my grandfather was partially bald when he was around 40-50 years old. My dad, however, is 56, and not bald at all even though he has always had very thin hair.
Btw, in this last two years I also had the bad habit of scratching my head quite often (not anymore).
I'm uploading some photos so you can see by yourselves. Do you think I'm already going bald? Should I start doing something about it?? I'm quite worried so I hope you can help me. Thanks.
