Confused about being suitable for a FUE transplant!

I am 52 and quite bald now on the top of my head ( started at the front not back) . I recently went to 2 reputable Harley Street hair clinics. The first was very positive and claimed they could get a fairly dense regrowth on the top front of my head. I wear it short and would continue to do so after a transplant. The second said they felt i didnt have enough from the donor area at the back even though it is not that thin.
My dilemma is that I am swaying toward the positive clinic as I guess in my head they said 'what I wanted to hear'!
Anyone had similar and also I'm worried the first positive clinic just wantmy money and are saying it to get a sale.
Finally I'm based near London and am not sure who is best ?

Do you mind saying which surgeons you consulted with? And provide pictures if possible. This will help us be able to better guide you in the right direction.

Dr. Farjo is an extremely reputable surgeon in London, and I would trust what they have to say. If you haven't met with him, I would highly recommend it.
