Yes, at some extent, it looks like you’re balding. You should waste no time and look for factors that are causing your hair loss, like excessive hair styling, stress and trauma, nutrition and diet, etc. I too think you should consult with another hair loss specialist or a trichologist.

I understand your position, I started noticing something wasn't right at 20. You definitely know your hair best! So if it's not looking right to you, than it's not. I'd recommend for now you begin taking Finasteride. I regret not using it sooner, but I was scared of the 5% chance of negative effect. Proud to say I'm part of the 95%. lol Was worth the risk. Wouldn't recommend looking into hair transplant until at least 5 more years down the line. (When/ if you really need it)
