am i balding at the crown or it is just a cow lick?

You look fine. Just take photos every few months and check if you see any difference. In the meantime, you might want to make sure your diet, shampoo and supplements are on point. Rescue My Hair made a great post about it, check it out!

I would recommend Hair growth essentials or any multivitamins that follow GMP guidelines and contains biotin. A good shampoo would be one that is chemicals and sulfate-free. If your hair start thinning, switch to Nioxin System 2, it comes with a shampoo, conditioner and a spray and it is quite cheap.

Lastly, try to avoid sugar and alcohol as much as possible. If you see that things are getting out of hand, take an appointment with a dermatologist and ask him about minox or fin.
