Minoxidil and shampoo advice

Hi,

38 yo and slowly losing my hair but nothing major just yet. I am considering a HT but not at the moment so was looking a combination of non surgical treatments like minoxidil and shampoo etc. Can anyone recommend a combination for me that will slow the loss down or stop it until i get the HT? I have been offered Finasteride but not comfortable with taking that kind of medication so would like to try a combo of minoxidil, shampoos, saw palmetto etc.

If anyone has had any success with a combination i would be greatful to hear more
