Really long, but I am 17 and need help ?

Hello I am 17, and really worried I am suffering from androgenic alocpecia. I went to a trichologist, she said I dont, she used the trichocam or whatever is called (or maybe magnifiacation ?), she also did some diet tests, plucked out some hair, asked a bunch of questions, I spent about 1 hour there. She has really good rating on her facebook (I went through all the profiles commenting, and some have the trichologists) in their friend list, so some might be fake, I even contacted some of the people, they explained me their problem and said that I should trust the trichologist. But the trichology facebook page gets like 40 likes a week, which seems really fake to me (tho they have a lot of magazine articles, and they regularly offer hair diagnose in other hair salons etc.), they might be cheating likes. Their online shop has good rating, and their app has over 1k downloads. But I dont trust her, because I do see my hairloss and I dont even think she looked for miniturazition. I was diagnosted with over oily scalp, which I must agree, because my hair was really really oily, and its getting better with her products I bought, but I still think I am balding. She said some hairs might be weaker because the oil pours into the shafts) genetics: I have my mothers hair (density, type everything), prety much noone on her side has significant hair loss, her father is like 72 still has good amount of hair, I saw his images at the age of 62 and it was literally a full head of hair, however my fathers father was bald by age 25 (I think his father too), and my father is 47 and is norwood scale 3 I suppose, so it looks like his balding genes got weaker, or he inherited them fron someone else ? Also my dad and my mother keep telling me I dont suffer from hairloss, my dad says he knows how it looks like since he is suffering and his father too. But they might be mistaken so I am posting here !!! So, GUYS, IF YOU REALLY WANT TO HELP ME, GET READY BECASUE I HAVE SHIT LOAD OF PHOTOS, SO THIS MIGHT BE LONG. So first I will post photos from our vacations, because they are all taken with the same camera, pretty much with a year gap in between them. These are 3 years ago) I didnt realy care about my hair that much at that time, I just styled is up a bit with my hands, no product, and just a normal haircut. You can see I have a widows peak and a pretty high hairline, I dont think I was balding at this time tho, this is just my natural hairline. I didnt even know, I have this type of a hairline at that time lol. https://postimg.org/image/aoxdixsod/ https://postimg.org/image/u0ilow0pv/ https://postimg.org/image/w5uhv8iy1/ https://postimg.org/image/rgryybn81/ Now here are going to be photos one year later, (2 years ago), I started styling my hair, with a basic gel, and started getting the undercut haircut. Now something happened a month before this. My year was really stresfull, and I also fainted. I developed a fear of fanting lol (I sound like a ****ing psycho), and I was afraid I would faint everywhere I would go, so a lot of stress which might have maybe affected my hair. https://postimg.org/image/egeiuwqxd/ https://postimg.org/image/63jvfgzvp/ https://postimg.org/image/rzy491te3/ https://postimg.org/image/m0ndbwhyj/ (I know they are small but you can zoom in, and see it pretty nicely) https://postimg.org/image/h6qivejp5/ (here on the last picture, you can see small hair on my right side, I dont know if that is miniaturization, the thing is I still have them, you will see in other photos) Now I will uplload photos, another year later, this is 1 year ago. I already thought I was balding, I found about it during christmas, so I will also provide photos I took of my hairline on purpose. It was a really stressful year, because the fear of fainting I already mentioned really got me, I had anxiety almost every day because of it at school, for like 6-7 hours. This is also when I realized, that I have a high hairline, and a widows peak, which was really shocking for me, that I didnt recognize it earlier. Here are another camera photos: https://postimg.org/image/iskg1q2cn/ https://postimg.org/image/wf8k4zcmx/ https://postimg.org/image/wtp371gud/ (taken by phone) https://postimg.org/image/vtaxt7sz9/ (taken by phone also) And here are the photos, I took with my camera half a year before photos from this vacation were taken: http://postimg.org/image/f27pkmnq1 http://postimg.org/image/54amxofhb http://postimg.org/image/olx8saho1 http://postimg.org/image/3mfcj0jxn http://postimg.org/image/7flnxzr0p http://postimg.org/image/jdxybhmgb http://postimg.org/image/4nfl850x7 http://postimg.org/image/6wyqqrqof http://s11.postimg.org/6pb3u9…/image...che=1429647057 https://postimg.org/image/t24t8jq45/ (this is an image taken by phone, if you look left you can see that I have less hair there) You can see a lot of weak hairs in the temples, I dont know however if there are naturally weak, or if they are miniturized, for example the weak hair on the right side are still there, and if I style my hair from that side, they are pretty strong, and hold, also they are quite hair to pull out. Same on the other side, they are hard to pull out, hurt when I try it. The thing is I have a feeling I have less of these hairs on my left side now, but I pulled out a lot of them. I became worried about my hairloss because I found out, that my right side has less hair then the left one, firstival I thought I was balding on one side, I kept touching and playing with both sides, until I thought I balding on the other side too. Now finally here are photos from a vacation this year, I managed to get rid of my fanting fear about 3 months into the year, so my stress levels dropped significantly, my diet got a lot better too. I think my temple recession is continuing tho, I will post a lot of photos again. I was messing with hairstyles tho, I had a skin fade hairstyle, which made me even more upset about my hair, because my barber got rid of the small hairs with a razor, so he cut them off completely, and I have a feeling that a lot less of them grew back, or maybe they are just not long enough, so it just looks like there is less of them. I also pulled out a lot of hairs because of my paranoia from the temples. I was trying how strong they are, pulling harder and harder, and pulled them out lol. https://postimg.org/image/htw6ihzxt/ https://postimg.org/image/wf6361pjt/ Now, here I will post some camera photos taken yersterday: https://postimg.org/image/odmdpx4st/ https://postimg.org/image/odmdpx4st/ https://postimg.org/image/5gscn6sa3/ https://postimg.org/image/5k5csik3f/ https://postimg.org/image/eq0dmynxl/ https://postimg.org/image/q2naed8up/ ( a mirror image) https://postimg.org/image/tzji5w30z/ (another mirror image) Here are 2 images taken this summer, which dont show my hairline, but my hair is styled front, so you can see the overall quality. (I dont know if its helpful, but hope it is lol): https://postimg.org/image/82wz5ipub/ https://postimg.org/image/f9y1q9zcf/ Ok I think this is all, if you need anything to answer or need more images, I will post them. Now I am really sorry this is long, and if you find out I am not balding, I so sorry for wasting your time with this long and useless post. But It is really important for me, and I have put like 3 hours into this post. The thing is, that this is really getting me, I hardly enjoyed this holiday because of it, cant concentrate, and almost failed accounting at school because of it. My trichologists diagnose made me feel better only for about 2 months, then the feeling I am balding came back. I will welcome every honest answer Take care

Find a marker on your temple like a mole or scar and keep an eye on any changes. Check your pillow in the morning for shed hairs. And try washing your hair in a plugged sink. Put the plug and see how many hairs are there.

Its hard for me to notice any hair loss on your head as you have a good thick thatch and still a strong hair line.

Everyones hair line moves back with age. Around your age it's common.

If you feel you're shedding a lot then try some naturals like rosemary and see if you can stabilise it. Give it a few months.

Hi, thank you for your repply, so I am not balding, no hair miniturazition ? I hardly shred man, like when I wake up I gues 5 hair on my pillow, in the shower 3 max, and on the comb literally 0 or 1 ( and that might be from ripping my hair, because it get relly stuck together after shower, and its hard to split, if you know what I mean). Thx again for reading this really long post.

Keep an eye on your shedding in the future. So far it all sounds fine. Normally balding comes with shocking increases in shed. Literally falls out before your eyes. Your shedding sounds almost non existent. If you ever notice an increase get back in here and research your options. For most guys hairloss can be prevented. Dont let it get bald before you decide to tackle it.

The small hairs could be from a few things. Everyone's hair line goes back a bit from their 16 year old hair line. I suspect yours are broken hairs from vigorous wet brushing. Like I said your hair looks fine. It's an increase in shedding you want to keep an eye out for.

Thank you once again, so whta kind of shredding should I pay attetnion to, shredding without going through my hair with my hand, shredding in the shower, morning, or hair falling out without touching it ? Is is possible that this is not even a mature hairline, just that I have a naturally high hairline ?

                      No problem.

Yeah basically watch all shedding dude. Comb, sink, pillow, hands. If you make a concious effort just to check these things a couple of times a week you will definitely notice any increases. Normally balding will come with a significant increase over a period of X amount of days/weeks.

For me it was an increase in shedding for weeks. Then it slowed down for weeks, almost normal again and then back to weeks of heavy shedding. One day I caught a glimpse of my scalp in some bright overhead lights and I could see all the way through my hair. I was/am a diffuse thinner. THat means at first(For years) gradually thinned out all over. After a few years of that my temples started to recede.

I believe my diffuse hairloss was a lot to do with the fact I had testicular cancer at 23 and had aggressive chemotherapy. Although the specialists claim it shouldn't cause permanent hair loss, it certainly permanently thinned mine out. It basically never fully grew back, was softer, diffuse and left me with a couple of bald spots on my vertax . It also left me with thinner sides by my ears. To add insult I think then a few years later I started to get MPB and the rest is history.

Hey man thank you once again, and I am really sorry for your disease, really happy it got cured. . Health > hair.. . Well I would say chemo can have quite an effect on hair. Maybe your shredding wasnt due to androgenic alocepia, but chemo damaged to focullies, and they got so weak your hair starter falling out, and then when your temples started to recede it was actually AA. I hope you maybe find a way to get your hair back, or to restore some bits. You have been a great help, take care
