Doesn't look too bad, for now! It does look like you are starting to thin a little bit. Acting while you are still young is essential if you want to keep your hairline. It's hard for me to come up with an answer on what step you should take on a forum, so I've put a blog post together on Rescue My Hair for you. Good luck with your issues!

20 seems a bit high. What kind of shampoo & conditioner are you using?

You are starting to lose your hair. Your options are limited. Start whatever you can tolerate now and try to maintain it as it is. At your age and stage using regain will hopefully stop the shedding and maybe even thicken it back up. You could consider fin if you get desperate. I would definitely try a few other things before hoping on finasteride at your age.

At a minimum you should consider 2% nizoral. It's been shown to prevent hair loss at the same rate as 2% minox. Though without the possible collagen side effects.

if that is wet its not that terrible. At 19 I would not touch fin. Use minox of course its ridiculously cheap why not use that, and niz. Not much else you can do just keep pictures and in another few years if it progresses try fin or hopefully something better at that time.
