Slightly paranoid? Or really balding?

Hi guys, I'm turning 21 soon and I recently started cutting my hair shorter than usual, the whole shaved sides long top type of hair. It's only until a couple of weeks Ago I noticed my left temple was taking a while to grow back than most of other sections of my head. So I left it to grow to see if it's actually receding or just growing back weirdly (I always grew my hair long) so it seemed fine after I grew it out, and no one in my family is bald. But today I got my hair cut short again and it keep noticing the same problem? Should I be worried? I'll post pics but I can't really make any comparison pics due to always have long hair

I don't see anything wrong here. If I were you, I would wait it out another year or so and check regularly to see if you are receding or not.
