Recommendation for Doctor in San Francisco Bay Area
I have been doing a lot of research and have had real difficulty finding a decent amount of reviews on hair transplant doctors. I have already had a consultation with Dr. Panagotacos in San Francisco. He was a bit of a dick and he has pretty terrible yelp reviews (for poor bedside manner) to back it up. But from what I find on the internet he seems to be the "best" in terms of experience (40 years), diamond certified (whatever that means), "Best in the Bay", and an IAHRS member. I don't really care if the doctor is an asshole, as long as he can make my hair transplant look like a movie star's.
The other two name I've seen thrown around are Dr. Wasserbauer & Dr. Diep. I haven't had consultations with either of them. Is there anyone that has had procedures by any of these three doctors? Do people have any personal experiences with them? Are there other doctors to consider in the area? Who is the best? Literally looking for any helpful information on picking a doctor in the Bay Area. I'm planning to get a hair transplant in 5-6 months so any advice would be extremely helpful!!!!

I haven't heard of the other two doctors before, but I went to Dr. Diep, in regards to skill, I think Dr. Diep is right up there with the best in the world, i'm completely satisfied with my results and I know plenty of other guys who went to him and are also satisfied, his waiting list is very long for FUE though so he probably doesn't have an opening in 5-6 months just an FYI. I will be returning this October to do my 3rd procedure with him.

Try searching for results that you can compare that are close to what you what to achieve in terms of goals. Sorry to hear about your previous attempts to find reputable doctors in the Bay.

Consider casting your net a little outside a specific area as with research many oops to travel - as for example you have one of the very best Drs in the world in Phoenix Arizona ( a brief flight ) to consult with
Dr. Scott Alexander.
Check out his results on his site : http://www.biltmorehairrestoration.com
I hope this helps
