Rapid hair loss in past two days, pretty worried.

21 year old male. I'll start by saying i've been very stressed in the past two weeks. I'm currently having personal stress, school stress, financial stress, and now health stress. Two night ago I get out of the shower and I take a look at my head and notice that I can see my scalp, this is new to me, I run my fingers through my hair and literally am able to pull out a clump of hair. I freak out, my hair is falling out like butter. It's been getting worse by the hour, if I go to the sink and shake my head, the sink fills with hair. I'm not sure if this is early baldness or something else? I'll be going to the doctors tomorrow for a full blood panel, but without health insurance i'm very worried about the cost (gg America). If this is hair loss due to stress and not eating healthy (legion)? Will it get better / grow back? I've read so much about hair loss due to stress and bad eating habits but couldn't find much info on if it'll grow back. Will post pictures tomorrow after shower.
