Question about my current transplant(7 months post op)

I recently had my 6 month check up.

I was somewhere in between a 3v and 4 on the hair loss chart.

I always had a widows peak hairline, but throughout the years my hair kept receding back along with my hair thinning.

My doctor gave me the go ahead on a 1,500 graft FUE. We ended up getting 1,650 grafts total(which was nice)

The plan was to fill in the gaps while also bringing the hairline forward.

    Here is my question.

The hairs in the front have already grown out while the ones in the fill area have not taken off except for a few.

The doctor told me there was nothing to worry about as the hairs in the fill area were 2,3, and 4 hair clusters. He said those take longer to take off generally.

Has anyone else experienced this? I'll upload a picture shortly.

    Thanks

Here is a picture. The arrows are pointing to the implanted hairs in the front, which have grown out.

The area from there back is the fill area that hasn't taken off yet.

The fill area has a bunch of the hard, firm, little hairs from the transplant(I believe)

7 month post op is still early....but if you are feeling stubble (transplanted hairs) like you are describing then I would not worry. They will come through, just give it some more time, waiting sucks i know. Some hair just take longer to grow out than others.
