LPP after hair transplant

After my hair transplant 13 months i probably dignose with LPP disease,

It is a result of skin trauma due to surgery so the skin layers ruined and the immune system start destroy the stem cells which lead at the end to LPP

Also the stymptoms that i have is same as LPP
I cannot know how i can be healed from this

Any idea what i should do, my scalp is shiny pink and itchy like hell

And now i m 13 months without any cure,
No doctor so far found a cure to my case and even i cannot know if i remove the hair will the skin be cured or the disease will continue

That sucks

Anyone know any doctor studied the LPP with hair transplant
