It would help to know your age. If you're 21 then I would say that you have slight thinning. If you're in you're 30's or over, that is quite acceptable. Keep in mind that you have dark hair that contrasts sharply with your scalp making the thinning more pronounced then someone with light hair. Additionally, you're looking under a bright light which is further making your scalp more visible. There are many of us on this board that would love to have as much density as you do. In any case even if you're 20 or 60 the first place to start would be to try a non-surgical treatment. I doubt there are any ethical HT docs that would consider you a candidate for surgery with that much hair.
