my battle agaisnt hair loss?

Can anyone tell me if this will help me maintain my hair, I use regenepure DR daily and another shampoo and conditioner containing saw palmetto and other ingredients but then I take 480 mgs of saw palmetto and 2000 mgs of pumpkin seed oil and then I am using the revivogen scalp therapy as a topical applied for 8 hours and then im thinking of adding tricomin or folligen would this be a good combo for battling mpb?
