Maybe it'll be cheaper and more convenient.

Also, you can eat pumpkin seed directly. Very good for health too. I put it on top of bred with tomato concentrate and goat cheese, and just 3 or 4 minutes in the oven. It's delicious. But, I know, it's not a cooking forum, I just have an holistic approach.

Can someone tell me by looking at my photos if this combo will strengthen or regrow my temples?

Dis you know about that study :

    http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4017725/

"6 male patients with AGA received 400 mg of PSO per day or a placebo for 24 weeks. Change over time in scalp hair growth was evaluated by four outcomes: assessment of standardized clinical photographs by a blinded investigator; patient self-assessment scores; scalp hair thickness; and scalp hair counts.
    [...]
Mean hair count increases of 40% were observed in PSO-treated men at 24 weeks, whereas increases of 10% were observed in placebo-treated men (P < 0.001). Adverse effects were not different in the two groups. "

    40%... Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat !

Pumpkin Seed Oil works similar to Fin in that it can inhibit 5-alpha reductase, which will reduce the amount of DHT. There is pumpkin seed oil in a prostate health supplement that I take. If the men in that test didn't report any extreme sexual sides, that's fantastic.

@bmoreno, considering PSO operates like Fin, I wouldn't do such a big dosage too quickly. Maybe 600-800 if you want more and ramp up if all is well.

    @ scooterboy

I do. I am a girl, so I am not that exposed to the sexual sides like men, but i don't want to mess with my hormones. I use it as a topical, also i eat pumpkin seed, and use pumpkin seed oil to cook. You can use it as a carrier for other oils : emu oil, castor oil (PGE2), primrose evening oil (DGLA), borage oil (DGLA).
