I have been on finasteride for 35 days lol. Only MSM pill supplement for like 2 weeks.

I know, way too soon to see results, obviously.

    Man...damn!

I don't have anything in my hair today...and it looks good. Like really. Still doesn't look great but wow. Definitely something I can live with. I think my regimen is definitely working to some extend. I haven't really shed any hair for awhile now and I think it is getting thicker.

I again didn't wash with the keto shampoo and my hair is even thicker today. That shampoo definitely took the life out of my hair. It looks good today. I love it. Some super moderate amount of dermmatch will really give me that full look. Today I am confident again... what a relief! It looks ok! My hair doesn't look like complete trash today.

But yeah...still a lot of improvement that can be made. But what I am saying is I think I can wear my hair long again soon. I won't cut my hair for at least a year, will see what happens!

Finally a day that I can feel good again.

For what it's worth, I'd like to mention that I do not use shampoo everyday. That's a little overkill to me. Unless you sweep the floor with your head, you should try using shampoo 1-2 times a week and see. In my case my hair feels smoother and is better looking. It usually looks the worst right after I use shampoo so I use it AT MOST once a week.

Really? Nah, I actually prefer shampooing.

Some shampoos like the one i use remove ALL sebum and stuff so It can leave hair really flat and so on. But i really like how it makes my scalp feel man. I will only use that 2-3 times a week and a normal shampoo more.

thing is, my hair looks crap with rogaine in it, only good when its washed OUT or so. Same goes for other topicals. So I have to wash it.

But yeah. Don't read my posts wrong though. My hair looks better, but still kinda crap. Just better lately. I am not really shedding hair at ALL. So I am curious what the next couple of months will bring.
