Can triclosan damage a hair transplant?

Hi, so I've had a transplant about 22 days ago and had small case of folliculitis.
I kind of panicked and without asking my surgeon, bought an antibacterial bodywash containing triclosan as the antibacterial agent to clean the recipient around the pimples, cleaning everything off with shampoo immediately after.
I've emailed the surgeon to ask if I've done any damage , but due to paranoia I'm very worried that I may have killed them due to my idiocy.
