Cutting the pills shouldn't effect the efficiency?

well there are a few thoughts on why this will cut its efficiency. 1) air degrading 2) it gets digested too early because it lacks the protective coat 3) its not evenly distributed in the pill 4) you will lose some by cutting


I think it isn't a significant loss, because many people cut and still get results. I cut, but I cut 5mg in half, not into quarters. Meaning the loss is minimal. And I'll always get at least 1mg per dose. Haven't noticed much difference. Just did it cuz quarters is a pain in the ass. Still cheaper than 1mg, so w/e
