increase testosterone - more hair loss?
Hi
So for the past 6-9 months I've been trying to naturally increase my testosterone levels (had a feeling they had been low for some time, had many of the symptoms). I've been doing this by a compound weight training regime, reducing stress and changing my diet. I'm a 27 year old male and generally in good health. It must also be noted that MPB is definitely present in my family. The men in my family all lost there in there twenties.
However, I've noticed that since I've been feeling like my testosterone levels have been rising, my hair loss has also been speeding up rapidly. Do you think an increase in testosterone could increase the total amount of DHT and thus speed up my MPB?
Thanks
