DUT advice?

So I was on fin for 8 months saw no benefit switched to dut been on that for around 2 months not seeing much results scalp still really sore and itchy. The only thing i noticed is increase in shedding one day and then next day little to none and on qnd off like that, also the follicles that do fall out are less thin at the end. Im also noticing some sides such as bad ball ache that radiates to my stomach and legs, and a slightly lower libido. So im contemplating either getting off and trying some experimental shit or lowering the doses? Any advice on what I should/ could do?
