Diffuse Thinning really noticeable under Camera Flash. Any good advice?

I've kept my hairline in the front pretty well, but I've started thinning on my scalp. They recently found a nodule on my Thyroid as well and I know sometimes that affects hair loss, but I don't think the way I'm losing hair is affected by my Thyroid. I just started take 1mg of Propecia along with the Lipogaine Shampoo and Minoxidil. Any other advice or better treatments I should use? Thanks for the help. I posted some photos, the first photo is without the camera flash and the second photo is. As you can tell it's starting to thin out on the top and hopefully the medicine will help it in time.
