Taking Proscar after expiration date
Has anyone taken Proscar or Propecia after its expiration date? Do you know if it loses its potency/efficacy?

Yes, I have taken Proscar after its expiration date and, no, it still worked the same.
Keep in mind that manufacturers have to err on the side of caution where shelf life is concerned. In general you can add another 25% to the expiry date without any problem.

I see, what exactly do you mean by adding another 25% to the expiry date? How can I calculate that? (could you put an example) Thanks!
