Prescription for Propecia (Help!)

I am 21 and I am thinning FAST!

I just had a visit with my Doctor today, but it was very quick and was just a follow-up from a blood test. I didn't get a chance to talk to him about Propecia/Proscar and my next visit isn't for a whole 12 months! I feel I am just going to lose more hair by then and I want to get proactive about this FAST. What would you guys recommend? I noticed on the Propecia website they have a doctor in Tampa, FL that offers free consultation visits for MPB. Would I be able to get a prescription from him for no charge without proof of insurance? Will I need any insurance information if the visit is free? I don't have my insurance card on me. My parents do I am still embarrassed to bring up the topic of me going bald with them. I could easily get the card from them if I needed it, but I am sure they would ask why I wanted it. Like I said, I am embarassed to even bring up the topic with my parents. Please let me know what I can do! Thanks guys!
