Hi, looks really good you must be please, thin scar and lots of growth. I'm in a similar situation as you, had a HT with very good results but still a thin crown. At this point I don't really think about the crown and kind of scared to mess with a good thing so just going to leave it as is for the foreseeable future. I have no idea how many grafts the crown will take, seems like they take more than other sections to completely fill due to the way the hair swirls around.

May I ask ,how much did you pay for 3873 grafts?

When I had my procedure done the price was €1.50 per graft. I believe Dr K has changed his pricing structure since to price per hair but you should check with him.
