19 year old with temples.

Hey everyone. I am 19 years old, and I've noticed my temples are receeded, I think it's been like this for years/forever. I even saw a picture of myself as a baby with visible temples. I was wondering, does this mean I'm balding? Here's some family history; My father is not bald, so is his brother, but his other brother is bald. Both my grandfather's were not completely bald, One had a deep temple, other was bald with some hair on the sides. One of my uncles from my mother's side is bald, while the other has a full head of hair. So; am i balding?

PS Should I take propecia? (Finesteride or how ever you spell it)
