Am I in the very early stages?

I am 24 and recently started noticing that my hairline seems different than alot of people. Also seems like I may be thinning in the front as I can sometimes see though the front of my hair under bright light. My dad is in his mid 50's and has a full head of hair and my mom also has all her hair. Never thought I would have to deal with this and I am worried. Have spoke with my parents and they both think I am crazy. Am I crazy or is there something there?
