Dermarolling your hairline won't do much if anything. You are young and you have stopped your loss with medications. You have the hairline of a mature male with maybe slight recession but what you have now is what any bald man would kill for. You win. You're a shallow NW3 or a deep NW2 (if that makes sense) and it is guys like you that can easily be trapped into a cycle of "just a bit more to make it perfect" mentality. Surgical hair restoration is an imperfect procedure performed by imperfect people. Enjoy your hair.

In the temple area, the hair on the sides of my face still comes straight down and starts the m curve between those two straight lines. I have included photos of the from above, in front, sides and when styled. Advice and opinions on where I am and ability for a hair transplant would be great. I can measure if that helps at all too. Thank you.

If you were 40 you would look like you had no real hair loss. Any good surgeon wouldn't go much if any lower agree with others don't do it. A change in hairstyle could probably cover up some of the high temple
