Rogaine foam

I've been on Propecia since 07, recently my hair has gotten a littler thinner but overall Propecia has saved most my hair. I never committed to rogaine and was wondering if its even worth buying it. I need to buy more time before real treatments come to market and my hair is to the point where I can't leave the house without dermach concealer.
