26 Yeah old frontal hair loss some questions

Hey everyone,

I'm a 26 year old male from Canada. Since I was 20 my front hair line has receded/ thinned out. I was looking at going to a Calgary clinic in AB that did Artas unfortunately it seems they have been a victim of the economic downturn here. So I have a few questions.
Roughly how many grafts does it take to fix a frontal hair line? I know this is dependent on the individual but a ball park number would be good!
Does anyone know of any good doctors in Canada that perform artas procedure?

I'm 21 and I recently started noticing thinning at the top. These pictures were taken between December and June.

I've always had thin hair like my dad. My father is 52 and he still has hair and a normal hairline. He just recently started thinning at the top.
