Start of MPB or nothing??
Hello and thank you for taking my question in to consideration.
Ai'm 23 years old and I have a v shaped hairline. I have this hairline since I was born however I think that there is an issue
Is this a natural v shaped hairline?
I have some tiny hair and you can see them in the photos. Those hairs means mpb ? Or it is something normal? In the top of the head,as you can see, i think I have a lot Of hair. Maybe this is noorw. Scale 2. My mother's father doesn't have mpb but he had the same hairline. The same thing has my uncle from my mother family. Unfortunately , my dad have already lost his hair. Also his father has the same profile.
What is your opinion. I want to know if I can have the same hair at the future or those images mean that I will loose all my hair.
Thank you a lot !!

Looks like you are receding unfortunately. Now is the time to decide to fight it or just let it go. Maybe try shaving it and see how you feel about it. This is a good first step because you may find you look good with a shaved head and then won't have to worry about losing it.

thak you for your answer!
when you say receding you mean i will lose all of my hair?
I do not mind about temples. But I want to avoid to lose hair in the center of my head
So if i don't use medicie, i will lose all of my hair? i will have somethin like noorwod scale 5?
Is there any possibility to have this hair in the future??
Thank you a lot!

No way to know for sure how it will end up. Might stabilize and not get much worse. Best bet is look at the men on both sides of your family that is about as accurate as you will get. Some men are basically NW 5 but have diffuse thinning instead of a bald scalp. Hair loss presents many different ways
