Knew it! Has been the day we've all been waiting for. I've done far too much reading on inflammation/stat3/il6/Ar/AGA related diseases mechanism and genetics the past year. All signs were pointing to this collection of pathway's also being critical in AGA, not just AA.

The article does not state if it works , the odds are it does something , however, nowhere are they saying yet that it works . There is a guy on that forum with the user name nasa rs that is very convinced it is the cure and is the driving force of this latest news on hairlosscure2020. I would suggest cautious optimism until more info is released .

As Swoop mentioned over at H L T there is nothing in the video stating they have trialled this for AGA on humans. So dont get your hopes up. But we appreciate you bringing this news to the this forum. Instead still pushing archiac hairtransplants with limited donor supply. How about some videos or updates on Histogen or a interview with where Dr Christiano is at... instead we are now pushing Artas , what good is that with only a limited supply of donor hair? Whatever hairtransplant technique we come up with unless there is donor regeneration is always going to be an illusion. Perhaps more time and money could be spent finding a cure instead of risky surgeries. And PRP the biggest money making scam of the last few years is still be promoted.

It's true that they don't say anything about a trial, and I agree (as with all of these things) that the most positive but still reasonable reaction is cautious optimism. But in this case he is not speaking theoretically (as in "we think this is what this will do") but that it did work on AGA ("they found that the...topical DOES [work]"). This is not a subtle distinction but the very crux of what he's saying: that the topical did work for AGA.

Now there's so much that we still don't know. For instance, by "working" it could just mean some very minimal regrowth (e.g.., less than minox), or it could just work for some people and not others, etc., any number of things that could relegate the treatment to the large pile of potential treatments that came to nothing in a practical sense. But as far as what he actually said, he is claiming that this product actually produced results in at least one person with AGA.
