topical finasteride plus latanoprost

Hi, I am brand new to the forum. It seems there are a lot of knowledgeable people about hair loss and the different drugs available here.

I have been on minoxidil and finasteride for about 9 years. Recently I have been feeling sides (no morning wood, low energy, more fat, etc) and I went to a men's health doctor and he tested my testosterone, some other things, and DHT and it was very low (9.3 ng). He is suggesting to put me on Clomid for 35 days to try to restart my testosterone production. He also suggests I get off oral finasteride and has offered to give me topical finasteride which consists of a foam which is finasteride 1% and latanoprost is 0.003%. The cost is $156/month. Very pricy but maybe worth it?

I was hoping to get the thoughts of the experts on here.
