Default Hair loss Update 18 months later (Pics)

Just thought I would give an update on my previous post from January 2015. Since that time I have seen a dermatologist (one of the top rated by the AAD) who prescribed and recommended Propecia. I filled out the prescription but HAVE NOT taken any. I felt, and still feel that I am far too young to be drastically altering my hormones.

My only "treatment" during the last 18 months has been:

    Regenepure DR shampoo

    Regenepure NT conditioner

Nizoral Shampoo 1% 3 times per week (started 1 month ago)

Saw Palmetto 1500 mg per day (started 1 month ago)

The strange thing is my hair has not changed in the last 18 months. I am very hesitant to say that these shampoos are effective because I honestly doubt that they do much at all, however, my hair appears to be the same if not a bit better than it was at the beginning of 2015. My temple has receded a small amount, but over all it seems to be the same. In fact, when I style my hair forward there is no noticeable scalp. Don't get me wrong I am NOT complaining lol, but it seems very strange to me... I figured based on how quickly I noticed the thinning at that point in time that I would be completely bald by this point.

Just curious about what you all think. I tried to attach the old photos from 2015 as well as current ones from 10 minutes ago after my shower for reference but it only shows the new ones on my screen. You can visit my old thread for the previous pics if they don't show up

    ***PS
I also was wondering if anyone had any experience with Harklinikken hair loss treatments? I had a consultation with them and am considering trying their product.

MPB can slow down, stop, and aggressively start at any time during ones life. You may be experiencing better hair quality because of your ongoing regiment however none of those products are going to do anything for genetics including MPB. If your concerned about future hairloss I would highly recommend doing your own extensive research here and other avenues before choosing a long term game plan for keeping your hair. Be careful who you consult with, its a money grabbing mine field as you will learn.
    Good Luck
