Default what kind of grey hair do you use?

I'd like some opinions on whether you gents use natural grey hair or synthetic grey hair.

I'd also know for those of you who use synthetic have you ever used heat to style it, of so how hot was it?

    1. Human grey hair.....Ok as long as you do not ever dye the HP. But, over time, human hair oxidizes and requires coloring. Good bye human grey hair.
    2. Synthetic grey.......does not accept dyes used for coloring human hair. Thus it remains grey.

I do my own hair ventilation. I fill in lost hair and typically create new front partials (for the hairline) for my HPs as lace at the hairline wears......frays and becomes structurally unsound. For the last 1 1/2 years I have been experimenting with heat resistant synthetic hair on two differ HPs using a variety of colors ranging from med ash, light ash, medium blond, light blond and grey. These two HPs now have more synthetic hair than human hair...probably 75% vs 25%.
After washing, I dry the hair using a 1875 watt ionic hairdryer set at "high." I hold the nozzle about 2" from the hair. The heat resistant synthetic hair does not frizz, curl or melt....ever! Most HP mfgrs however do not use heat resistant synthetic hair. Instead they use traditional kanekalon which does frizz and can even melt under high temperature. When ordering a HP ask the supplier to use heat resistant grey hair. Then hope for the best.
