Agreed with the 2-2.5. I think you are at the perfect stage for the conservative treatment you are on. Are you keeping track of your progress? You should research nizoral shampoo and see if that is a worthwhile addition to your regimen (you need to shampoo your hair anyway so why not add niz a couple times a week)
