Hello, my name is vishal. Im 20. Here are a few images of my hair.
I do lose hair, but not more than 10-20 a day.
There's no history of mpb on either sad of my family. In fact, everyone is 60+ and gas a glorious head of hair.
I have constant irritation and my scalp smells foul.
What should I do?

It "might" look a little thin to some but keep in mind your hair is dark, your scalp is white, and you're under a bright light. Your temples and hairline look strong so that is good. I would say it's too early to tell. There are men and women of all ages that have thinner hair than you but it goes unnoticed due the hair being almost the same shade as the scalp. I would do nothing treatment wise but you might want to take pics a couple times per year so you have something to compare it to down the road. even if it does get thinner, you would be far from needing surgery. Maybe try meds if it gets worse but IMO I would say you don't need to do anything now.

You look ok for now. What shampoo are you currently using? If you are using a shampoo full of chemicals, It may just be an infection or simply that your hair is drying from the chemicals. I would recommend the PURA D'OR Anti-Hair Loss Argan Oil Shampoo. Try it for a couple weeks/months to see if your hair keep thinning or not.
