Using regenepure DR everyday unhealthy?
Someone from another forum brought up something that had me worried, when I was using regenpure DR I experienced a lot of shedding and I was using it everyday for a month and a lot of it but is doing that unhealthy for your hair? And will the sheded hair grow back? I only ask because I know keto is a strong ingredient in regenepure and some people only recommend it only a few times a week. Will these hairs grow back?

It's a tough call. The keto in regenpure DR is only 1%, not the 2% that has all the clinical trials supporting it. Also, we really don't even know exactly how concentrated the keto is in regenpure Dr. For that reason I got keto 2%. Many factors could be at play here. I doubt the regenpure Dr is making you shed. Just use it every other day

Funny you ask, because I was going through the same exact thing. Since I was already thinning, I started freaking out because I really didn't want to lose more hair. I called the company and spoke with a rep who explained to me that I am going through what is called a "shedding phase." Basically, my old hair follicles were really weak and the products were making way for the stronger hair to come in. I was skeptical, but kept using it.
After about 5 weeks, the shedding did come to a stop and I already see a difference in the thickness of my hair. Make sure to use their biotin conditioner and minoxidil if you need, because I really saw a difference by adding these two into my regimen. The DR is super drying because of the keto, and the conditioner really helped calm down the redness and bit of itching. It takes a lot of consistency and patience, so don't lose hope yet. I know I almost did and I'm glad I didn't.
Hope I helped!
