    Please help?

You may have seen posts about hair around ears etc... well it's a different texture and I've freaked myself out by googling it. And come across "Whisker hairs" which are apparently a sign of advanced hair loss to come.

It strikes me the hair in this area seems (sideburns to around ear) goes grey quicker in most men. Regardless of hair loss. It also seems on some men without hairloss the hair is more like "whisker hairs"

    For example :

.... So should I be worried? The "different" feeling hair (that feels a bit like beard hair) is scaring me now!!

I wonder what it is about that area that makes it grey earlier too?? Would it be connected? And do you think it would suggest future aggressive balding??

I'm 25 and my hairline/crown haven't budged since I started looking years ago. So that's good... but, any advice on the above?

My brother has them and he's pushing 30 with a solid hairline and crown looks ok too. I'm really concerned and confused...

They go grey earlier... they feel different. Would they just be androgenic hairs following on from your beard?
