This video by HAIRLICIOUSLY on Youtube shows many outstanding results where hair has grown back. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FMBRNaY5TQk
Keep us updated on your experience, results, and any tips along the way. I'm gonna be a representative for all the lurkers who are watching this thread but not posting. This is interesting stuff and you people on this thread are on the cutting edge of at home PRP hair treatments.
I like that PRP injection gun listed earlier. It's been added to my list of things to buy. Looks like it will run me around $500 to get started.

OK, I'll keep you updated. I spent less than $500 to get started. Just off the the top of my head, probably around $350 to $400. I could get the exact amount if you want - I am curious myself. But each time I do PRP injections the cost is about $15. Compare that to the $400+ you would spend each time at a Dermatologists.

Its been 3 months since I started PRP at home (DIY). Every 2 weeks I draw 4 test tubes of blood for injecting into the front and the next day draw 4 more test tubes for injecting into the crown for a total of 16 different blood draw, spins and injections and 64 test tubes.

Results: The hair that was miniaturizing got thicker (I don't see my scalp anymore) and the hair in the front middle that was in the process of falling out has stopped. But unfortunately there hasn't been any new hair regrowth that I can tell. I took picture last week and in 3 more months I will post my results. Even though the benefits have been modest, I think its been worth it.

Hey everyone. Joined today just to post in this thread. Quite an informative thread for anyone looking for doing prp by themselves. I have ordered a prp kit with almost everything from blood draw, acd-a, collection tubes with different syringes and needles. I think it will give me a head start to diy prp. I have also ordered a centrifuge and test tubes to go with the centrifuge. I ll be giving it a go in another week or so. I also plan on ordering the 3dose syringe. Dont know if it will be available where i live. I ll keep you guys posted. Should I be worried about contamination with air if I am using test tubes without cap. I have test tubes with cap but I would need to remove it when inserting needle to collect or fill blood in them. Cheers!! Also some before and after pictures of heads would be useful to boost morale in this thread.
