Question About a Statement Made about Dr. Rahal in a review

I want to start off first by saying I am a big fan of the work that Dr. Rahal does. However, I was reading reviews on rate MDs and a comment had me curious. The rater gave Rahal all 1's and stated the following:

"Truth is finally getting out about this guy......."

Could anyone shed light on what this person is talking about?
