Post Takahashi: Lgr5+ preserved using topical Ruxolitinib for GVHD; hair follicle recover

Hello guys, (As I can't post a thread on Hair Loss T, I do it here)

This is a study from Doctor Takahashi and published on April 2016. This study has been shown at BMT Tandem meetings 2016.
It's called : "Topical Ruxolitinib Protects LGR5+ Stem Cells in the Hair Follicle and Ameliorates Skin Graft-Versus-Host Disease "

I have found some pics of this event. On these pics we will see that topical Ruxolitinib promoting hair regeneration.

This topical : 0.5% Ruxolitinib ointment : Ruxolitinb dissolved in DMSO + Vaseline.

On a dermatology newspaper published on April 2016, there is a study (Alopecia Universalis) with a 0.6% Ruxolitinib Topical.
" The patient began treament with topical ruxolitinib, 0.6% cream twice daily to the scalp and eyebrows regions. After 12 weeks of treatment, the eyebrows were nearly normal and there was growth about 10% of scalp hair with numerous 5 to 10 mm darkly pigmented hairs arcuate and annular patches distributed over the entire scalp. The patient tolerated the medication without adverse effets".

Here some pics for your eyes

It means waiting for at least five years while this goes through trialling where it's promised to be released to the public in just under a decade. After 6-7 years or so it will fade into obscurity because it only actually works 33.4% of the time on patients who previously shaved their head 5 weeks before the trials with garden shears in an anti clockwise direction whilst singing "I don't like Jamaica, I love her".

    Blah blah.

You do realise there are other countries outside of that religious abomination they call America.

... ones with more relaxed governments.
