    Post Takahashi: Lgr5+ preserved using topical Ruxolitinib for GVHD; hair follicle recover

    Hello guys, (As I can't post a thread on Hair Loss T, I do it here)

    This is a study from Doctor Takahashi and published on April 2016. This study has been shown at BMT Tandem meetings 2016.
    It's called : "Topical Ruxolitinib Protects LGR5+ Stem Cells in the Hair Follicle and Ameliorates Skin Graft-Versus-Host Disease "

    I have found some pics of this event. On these pics we will see that topical Ruxolitinib promoting hair regeneration.

    This topical : 0.5% Ruxolitinib ointment : Ruxolitinb dissolved in DMSO + Vaseline.

    On a dermatology newspaper published on April 2016, there is a study (Alopecia Universalis) with a 0.6% Ruxolitinib Topical.
    " The patient began treament with topical ruxolitinib, 0.6% cream twice daily to the scalp and eyebrows regions. After 12 weeks of treatment, the eyebrows were nearly normal and there was growth about 10% of scalp hair with numerous 5 to 10 mm darkly pigmented hairs arcuate and annular patches distributed over the entire scalp. The patient tolerated the medication without adverse effets".
